1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and WashPros Global Services LLC ("WashPros," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

2. WashPros Services

WashPros operates a technology platform designed to connect customers seeking vehicle care services with independent vendors who provide mobile washing, detailing, fleet, marine, RV, recreational vehicle, and related services.

WashPros may provide websites, mobile applications, booking tools, waitlists, vendor onboarding, document review, administrative dashboards, payment coordination, communications, support, and related platform features.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Customer Terms

Customers are responsible for providing accurate service details, vehicle information, location access, appointment availability, and any special instructions. Customers agree to make vehicles reasonably accessible and safe for service.

When the customer app is publicly available, bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, tips, memberships, and recurring services may be governed by additional in-app terms displayed at the time of transaction.

5. Vendor Terms

Vendors are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of WashPros. Vendors are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, equipment, supplies, taxes, staffing, safety practices, service quality, and compliance with applicable laws.

Vendors may be required to submit documentation, including business information, driver's license, general liability insurance, Garage Keepers Liability coverage where applicable, business licenses, and other onboarding materials. WashPros may approve, reject, suspend, or remove vendors at its discretion to protect the platform, customers, and brand.

6. Payments, Fees, and Taxes

WashPros may collect customer payments through third-party payment processors and distribute vendor payouts according to applicable vendor terms, platform fee structure, and payout schedule. Vendors are responsible for all taxes, reporting, and obligations arising from their earnings.

Prices, membership fees, platform fees, promotions, and service availability may change over time. Any transaction-specific terms shown at checkout or in the vendor agreement control that transaction.

7. SMS Marketing and Notifications

WashPros may offer SMS text messaging programs for customers, vendors, applicants, waitlist members, and other users who choose to receive text messages from us. SMS messages may include launch updates, customer waitlist updates, booking and appointment notifications, vendor onboarding reminders, document and agreement reminders, promotional offers, membership updates, service alerts, customer support communications, and other WashPros service-related messages.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from WashPros, you authorize WashPros Global Services LLC and our communication service providers to send text messages to the phone number you provided. Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency may vary based on your activity, preferences, location, role, and participation in WashPros programs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

You may opt out of marketing SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a WashPros text message, or by following any other opt-out instructions provided in the message. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You may request help by replying HELP where supported, or by contacting hello@washpros.io. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent where permitted by law, including messages necessary to complete requested services, support, account security, vendor onboarding, or legal compliance.

WashPros may use a third-party SMS platform to manage SMS registration, sending numbers, subscribed SMS contacts, message delivery, opt-out handling, campaign management, credits, and compliance workflows. SMS programs may require carrier registration, approval of sending numbers, business verification, sender information, approved use cases, SMS terms, and a privacy policy before marketing text messages can be sent. Approval times and availability may vary by country, carrier, sending number type, and third-party provider requirements.

WashPros will use reasonable efforts to send SMS messages only to subscribed SMS contacts and to honor opt-out requests. You agree to provide a valid mobile number that you own or are authorized to use, and to promptly update your contact information if your number changes. You agree not to provide someone else's phone number without authorization. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with SMS messaging is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Misrepresenting identity, business credentials, insurance, licenses, or service capabilities.
• Interfering with platform security, availability, or integrity.
• Uploading malicious code or attempting unauthorized access.
• Harassing, threatening, discriminating against, or harming customers, vendors, staff, or partners.
• Using WashPros trademarks, content, or brand materials without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

WashPros, WashPros Global Services LLC, The Car Wash Concierge Company™, Wax & Shine Headquarters™, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to WashPros and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit our intellectual property without written permission.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, mapping tools, analytics providers, document signing providers, and customer support tools. WashPros is not responsible for third-party services, websites, or policies.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WashPros does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every customer request or vendor application will result in a booking, approval, or payout.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WashPros will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WashPros Global Services LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of any rights of another party.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for WashPros or other users, submitted inaccurate information, engaged in unsafe conduct, or used the platform improperly.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in Florida unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
