Copyright Infringement Notification Policy

WashPros Global Services LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects customers, vendors, contributors, and visitors to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners may report allegedly infringing material appearing on WashPros websites, vendor onboarding pages, applications, or related digital services.

Before You File

Please confirm that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner, identify the specific work involved, and verify that the use is not authorized by license, law, fair use, or another exception.

Copyright Infringement Notification

Send notices to legal@washpros.io. Include:

1. Your full legal name, company if applicable, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. The exact URL or location of the material on a WashPros service.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If material you posted was removed or disabled and you believe that action was mistaken, send a counter-notification to legal@washpros.io including your contact information, the removed material and its prior location, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, consent to jurisdiction where legally required, and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

WashPros may suspend or terminate accounts or vendor access for repeat infringement or misuse of the notification process.
