Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy protects WashPros customers, vendors, administrators, partners, and digital services from misuse. Users may not use WashPros to commit fraud, harass others, impersonate another person or business, interfere with platform operations, or violate applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes fake bookings, fake vendor profiles, fake reviews, scraping, spam, abusive messages, payment manipulation, unauthorized access, malware, platform circumvention, uploads that infringe another party's rights, and unsafe service behavior.

Enforcement

WashPros may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, remove content, pause vendor participation, withhold marketplace privileges, or preserve records for dispute review when misuse is suspected.
