WashPros coordinates service requests between customers and vendors. A booking may include selected vehicle type, service type, service location, appointment window, price, vendor assignment, and applicable policy acknowledgements.
Cancellation windows, vendor arrival issues, customer no-shows, unsafe weather, or access problems may affect refund eligibility. WashPros may reschedule, reassign, credit, refund, or deny a request depending on the facts.
Customers and vendors should report disputes promptly with photos, service notes, timestamps, and communications. WashPros may review marketplace records and may use vendor insurance channels when property damage is alleged.
