How WashPros uses email, calls, app notifications, AI phone, and SMS where enabled.
WashPros is a registered fictitious name / DBA filed in the State of Florida by WashPros Global Services LLC.
Communication Types
WashPros may send transactional messages about accounts, bookings, vendor applications, support, service updates, policy changes, and marketplace operations. Marketing messages are handled separately from transactional service communications.
Consent and Opt-Out
Where SMS, calls, or marketing email are used, WashPros will honor applicable consent, unsubscribe, and opt-out requirements. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply if SMS is enabled.
AI and Recording Notice
Users may interact with AI-assisted systems. Calls, chats, or messages may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or reviewed for support, safety, quality, and dispute handling where permitted by law.
