Retention Categories
WashPros may retain vendor applications, insurance documents, driver license records, booking records, customer communications, support tickets, reviews, AI call summaries, payment metadata, and outreach records for operational, legal, tax, safety, and dispute purposes.
Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion or correction of certain personal information by contacting legal@washpros.io. Some records may be retained where needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, chargebacks, dispute resolution, or platform security.
Backups and Logs
Backup copies and security logs may remain for a limited period according to technical retention cycles before deletion or overwriting.
