Service Documentation
Vendors and customers may submit photos or videos to document vehicle condition, service progress, completed work, access issues, damage claims, or disputes.
Privacy and Safety
Photos should avoid unnecessary personal information, faces, license plates, home interiors, private documents, or unrelated property unless needed for a service or dispute record.
Marketing Use
WashPros may request separate permission before using identifiable customer or vendor photos for public marketing. Operational and dispute documentation may be retained according to the Data Retention Policy.
