Customers should report alleged service-related damage promptly with photos, timestamps, booking details, and a description of the concern. Vendors should document pre-existing conditions and service completion where appropriate.
WashPros may review booking records, messages, photos, service notes, vendor insurance information, and other relevant evidence. WashPros may coordinate with a vendor or insurer without admitting liability.
Claims may be denied or limited when evidence is incomplete, damage appears pre-existing, the claim is delayed, vehicle access was unsafe, or the issue falls outside the requested service.
