WashPros may offer customer membership tiers, vendor marketplace tiers, or other paid recurring services. Subscription features, price, billing interval, and cancellation terms should be shown at the time of enrollment.

Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation or downgrade timing may affect access to benefits, discounts, marketplace visibility, or commission terms after the current billing period.

Failed Payments and Refunds

Failed payments may suspend benefits. Refund eligibility depends on the subscription type, billing date, usage, and applicable law.
