Vendor Marketplace Standards

Vendor Eligibility

Vendors must provide accurate business information, driver license information where applicable, general liability insurance, garagekeepers liability coverage where applicable, service capabilities, service area, and any other documents requested by WashPros.

Service Conduct

Vendors must communicate professionally, arrive prepared, follow customer instructions that are safe and lawful, document pre-existing vehicle conditions when appropriate, and avoid representing themselves as employees unless separately authorized in writing.

Quality and Suspension

WashPros may review complaints, service photos, ratings, late arrivals, cancellations, insurance status, and customer feedback. Failure to meet marketplace standards may result in retraining, reduced visibility, suspension, or removal.
