Vendor payouts may depend on completed services, customer confirmation, platform fees, subscription tier, payment processor timing, chargeback risk, refunds, tax documentation, and account verification.
Platform Fees
WashPros may retain a marketplace fee, commission, subscription charge, or processing-related amount as described in the vendor agreement, vendor tier terms, or applicable marketplace documentation.
Holds and Adjustments
WashPros may delay or adjust payouts for disputes, suspected fraud, missing insurance, missing tax forms, chargebacks, refund obligations, or policy violations.
